DAYCARE INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS
INTRODUCTION:
All new dogs are required to make an assessment appointment first before using our services. During this time we will be able to answer any questions, show you our space and introduce your dog(s) to a few dogs and arrange their first day.
- There is no charge for this appointment and takes roughly 20 minutes.
- First day is only $15 and must start at 7:30am for a MAXIMUM of 6 hours (1:30pm).
VACCINATIONS:
All dogs MUST BE & REMAIN up to date on the following vaccines*: DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza & Parvovirus combo) and Bordetella. Puppies should have at least their second round of puppy boosters before attending our daycare.
Rabies is recommended but not required
- *Titre test results also welcomed.
BEHAVIOUR:
All dogs should be friendly with dogs of all sizes, as we generally split by energy level rather than size, be okay in a large group environment as it can get loud be loud at times.
BOOKING:
Advanced booking is mandatory for both our daycare and boarding services. If you have booked your dog in for a day and no longer need our services, you MUST cancel by 9am the day of otherwise a charge of a full days rate will be applied.

ATTENDANCE:
We recommend that your dog(s) attend daycare A MINIMUM OF TWICE A MONTH to keep up a healthy canine social etiquette and maintain familiarity with the environment, people and the dogs.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- All dogs over the age of 7 months should be spayed or neutered.
- Some exceptions MAY BE GIVEN to unneutered males over 7 MONTHS
- Unaltered females SHOULD NOT ATTEND DAYCARE WHILE IN HEAT
We highly recommend you bring food and/or treats along with your dog(s) if:
- You might be picking up later than usual or past their meal time
- They are actively playful while at daycare
- If they didn't eat their meal before arriving
- You have a puppy
- You just want your pooch to have something while they are at daycare.
We also have kibble available for sale if you forget to bring your own.
We are often looking for gently used couches and chairs for our daycare. Please contact us if you have a couch you would like to donate to us.
CHANGES TO OUR RATES
EFFECTIVE JULY 1st, 2024
With the increasing costs of everything along with running a business in this beautiful city we have no other choice but to re-adjust all of our rates and packages. Although this decision was not made lightly it will allow us to continue to provide your dogs with the best standard of care they deserve along with maintaining smaller groups of dogs in our care.
We thank you for your continued support and hope to remain your go to spot for your dog for a safe and comfortable place to their spend time.
